Job Summary - Business Development Representative (HUP Coordinator)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HUP Coordinator to join our team. The HUPC will be responsible for engaging with current, former, and prospective clients—primarily car dealerships—to drive revenue growth. This role focuses on outbound calling and emailing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and win back previous clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Retention:
Contact existing HUP clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional service needs, and grow their investment with PureCars.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers at car dealerships to increase engagement and long-term commitment.
Prospecting & Re-Engagement:
Reach out to former clients to understand their past experience and explore opportunities for re-engagement.
Identify and connect with potential new clients to introduce PureCars’ solutions and generate interest in our offerings.
Outbound Communication:
Dedicate 25% of the day to sending strategic, personalized emails to clients and prospects.
Spend 75% of the day making outbound calls to drive meaningful conversations and business growth.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Make 50 calls per day to existing, former, and prospective clients.
Achieve 10 meaningful connections per day with decision-makers.
Schedule and secure 2 meetings per day to discuss business opportunities.
Meet or exceed the goal of closing 2 sales per week through effective follow-ups and consultative selling.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and identify key targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress within the CRM system.
Provide weekly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
