We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by assisting in lead generation, market research, and coordinating business development activities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, maintain databases, and support the business development team in achieving their goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in lead generation activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of leads, clients, and industry contacts.
  • Coordinate business development activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Support the management of CRM systems and other sales tools to ensure accurate data entry and tracking of business development activities.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data and preparation of sales reports.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Knowledge of sales processes and business development strategies.
