We are looking for a Customer Support Operations Intern from CUB University to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

Join our Support Operations team as a Summer Intern and gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that improve operational efficiency, data analysis, and process enhancements. This internship offers the opportunity to work on research and analytical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop insights that will help shape our strategies in support operations. You’ll contribute to key initiatives, including tool usage analysis, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct research and gather data related to support tools, processes, and operational improvements
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Assist in developing reports and presentations to share project findings with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different teams, including Analytics, Compliance, Training, and Knowledge Base teams
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to project planning and execution
  • Document processes and create user-friendly documentation where needed
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Support Operations leadership

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience with research, data analysis, or project coordination (through coursework or previous internships) is a plus
