Job Description: ZOHO Associate Manager – Non-HR Products

Experience: 3 to 5 Years in ZOHO Non-HR Products (ZOHO CRM, Marketing, and Projects)
Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shikshakji is an HR advisory, HR Tech support, and recruitment organization leveraging technology to streamline business operations. We are looking for a ZOHO Associate Manager with expertise in ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Marketing, and ZOHO Projects to enhance our business processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • ZOHO CRM:
    • Configure and customize ZOHO CRM for lead tracking, sales automation, and pipeline management.
    • Integrate CRM with other ZOHO and third-party applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
    • Generate CRM reports, analytics, and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • ZOHO Marketing:
    • Manage ZOHO Marketing tools like ZOHO Campaigns, Social, and SalesIQ for digital marketing automation.
    • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns using ZOHO Campaigns.
    • Analyze marketing data to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • ZOHO Projects:
    • Set up and manage ZOHO Projects for task management, project tracking, and team collaboration.
    • Automate workflows and reporting for project execution and monitoring.
    • Ensure smooth integration of ZOHO Projects with other business tools.
  • General Responsibilities:
    • Train and support internal teams on ZOHO applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ZOHO CRM, Marketing, and Projects.
    • Stay updated with the latest ZOHO features and recommend improvements.


Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Marketing, and ZOHO Projects.
  • Strong understanding of sales automation, marketing automation, and project management using ZOHO tools.
  • Experience in customizing and integrating ZOHO applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate reports and insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in business automation and ZOHO API integrations is a plus.
