Key Responsibilities

ZOHO CRM:

Configure and customize ZOHO CRM for lead tracking, sales automation, and pipeline management.
Integrate CRM with other ZOHO and third-party applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
Generate CRM reports, analytics, and dashboards to track sales performance.

ZOHO Marketing:

Manage ZOHO Marketing tools like ZOHO Campaigns, Social, and SalesIQ for digital marketing automation.
Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns using ZOHO Campaigns.
Analyze marketing data to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

ZOHO Projects:

Set up and manage ZOHO Projects for task management, project tracking, and team collaboration.
Automate workflows and reporting for project execution and monitoring.
Ensure smooth integration of ZOHO Projects with other business tools.

General Responsibilities:

Train and support internal teams on ZOHO applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ZOHO CRM, Marketing, and Projects.
Stay updated with the latest ZOHO features and recommend improvements.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Marketing, and ZOHO Projects.
Strong understanding of sales automation, marketing automation, and project management using ZOHO tools.
Experience in customizing and integrating ZOHO applications.
Strong analytical skills to generate reports and insights.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Prior experience in business automation and ZOHO API integrations is a plus.
