  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Nurture a positive working environment through effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Lead performance management efforts, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and facilitating career development plans
  • Design and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills, foster growth, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Oversee benefits administration, compensation structures, and payroll processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Manage and maintain HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially

Requirements
