  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan project timelines, and allocate resources effectively
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and share best practices
  • Review and assess team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and support for their professional growth
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader or in a similar technical leadership role
  • Strong technical background and expertise in relevant technologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve their best performance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
