Responsibilities
  • You are the first point of contact for our clients when our platform does not behave as expected.
  • You create trust and troubleshoot issues until a resolution is delivered.
  • You collaborate with Product & Engineering teams when bugs or feature requests fall outside your scope, advocating for customers internally.
  • You identify manual and repetitive tasks, introducing new processes, documentation, and automation to enhance customer experience.
  • You have German (B2+) skills and can confidently handle client calls.
  • You have English (B1/2+) skills and can communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • You can navigate and master complex product suites.
  • You have B2B experience and can support business clients.
  • You are proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Python, Bash, or IT networking.
  • You will challenge the status quo, optimize processes, and automate low-value tasks.
