Daily challenges

  • Introduces and maintains best-in-class staffing practices, and thus enables the company’s organizations to meet their hiring plans and monitors progress of key hiring projects within assigned subregion
  • Effectively drives recruiters to reach desired targets and goals (circa 5-10 direct reports)
  • Setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching and development
  • Responds to changing circumstances, displaying flexibility and taking calculated risks 
  • Builds and implements improvement strategies for key projects by applying best in class TA methodologies, along with effective collaboration with involved business stakeholders
  • Maintains ongoing relationships with business leaders within assigned subregion; develops relationships with key decision-makers, solicits ongoing regular feedback to drive recruit-ment performance and quality of hiring
  • Identifies key sourcing strategies for recruiters using expert knowledge of labor market, competition and external within a country/ sub region to drive quality hires


eXperience and skills required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in HR related field will be an asset)
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver
  • Driver of innovations with a can-do attitude even in adverse situations
  • Experienced people manager/leader (at least 1 year of experience)
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator
