Job description

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
  • Play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and acquiring top talent to propel our organization's success;
  • Collaborating closely with Clients and hiring managers, developing tailored recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage;
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies customized to meet staffing needs;
  • Source candidates through various channels and conduct suitability screenings;
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing constructive feedback to candidates;
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers, offering guidance and support;
  • Participate in Discovery calls with clients to identify their hiring needs accurately;
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize processes.
IF YOU HAVE
  • Proven experience (at least 4 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods;
  • Experience in international hiring with a focus on Colombia, and LATAM countries;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;
  • Proficiency in using ATS (we use JazzHR) and other recruitment software;
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in recruitment practices.
