We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition H/F, reporting directly to Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team based in Nanterre.

About your Mission:

Your missions as a Senior Talent Acquisition H/F are as follows:

  • You define the strategic recruitment axes to be implemented in collaboration with your hierarchy.
  • You control the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to employee integration, in a high-volume context.
  • You will provide advice to operational staff and ensure the reporting of your activities.
  • On the other hand, you are a source of proposals for the implementation of decision-making tools in order to optimize processes and tools.
  • Monitoring the evolution of the professions, you develop and propose new strategies to attract new talent (employer branding, dynamization of co-optation, participation in forums, etc.)


You will join a team of 8 recruitment officers. Your field of action covers different activities and your mission extends to all positions (Engineering, Process, IT, Global Functions, etc.)

About You

With a higher education such as a Master's degree in HR or equivalent, you are a rigorous, autonomous and dynamic person. You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a team.

As a recruitment expert, you are proactive, innovative and have real leadership skills that allow you to convince the best talent.

You have significant experience in technical recruitment, ideally in the field of Energy, Oil & Gas. You master interview and recruitment techniques.

The practice of English is privileged.
