As a Senior Lead Generation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through data-driven lead generation and enrichment strategies. You are expected to provide actionable insights, optimize lead generation and enrichment workflows, and contribute to the efficiency of the sales funnel, including account health, marketable contacts, and leveraging the CRM for key insights. Success in this role will not only support revenue growth but also establish you as a key contributor to organizational goals. 

How you will achieve  success: 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in lead generation, enrichment, and CRM management, ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze and refine lead workflows to enhance account health, lead velocity, and conversion rates while regularly evaluating effectiveness through key performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to design targeted campaigns leveraging enriched data, maximizing outreach to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring seamless integration of lead generation efforts while leveraging outreach methodologies.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms and lead generation tools, implementing enhancements to improve data capture, reporting, and cross-platform integrations.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing analytics to drive growth.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in lead scoring, data enrichment, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Ability to blend technical expertise with a strategic understanding of business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and share data-driven insights effectively.
  • This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
    Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
    - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
    - at least 4GB RAM;
    - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 
    - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
    A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    PC Headset
    A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
