About the Role
Manage initiatives that will drive the financial success and sustainability of our corporate functions while simultaneously owning the end to end equity administration process. In this role, you will serve as the primary finance partner to the stakeholders to set business and financial plans, track performance against plan, and surface actionable insights to drive prioritization of initiatives and investment of resources. You will also own the end-to-end equity administration function, including equity grant management within the Shareworks platform, reporting, forecasting, and responding to inquiries.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities, among others, will include:
Own the development of corporate budgets and forecasts for select organizations, in collaboration with stakeholders
Provide corporate leadership with consistent, balanced summaries of findings to support budget trade-offs and investment decisions
Prepare and present relevant analysis on monthly budget vs actual variance reporting
Lead the equity administration process, in collaboration with Total Rewards, Accounting, and Legal
Own the development of equity model and forecasts, and prepare quarterly budget vs. actual variance reporting to T&C Committee
Provide timely responses to equity related inquiries from external and internal stakeholders including investors and corporate leadership team
Innovate the tools we use to surface and distill financial information to our business partners
Represent the finance team in meetings and serve as the subject matter expert from finance
Work closely with a cross-functional slice of leaders across the company in the equity administrator function
Requirements for the Role
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred
Experience:
3+ years in a business role with heavy finance or accounting exposure (such as consulting, banking, VC/PE, FP&A, public/internal accounting or strategic finance at a company).
Equity administration experience is a plus but not required.

Job/Technical Skills
Enjoys structuring financial data to evaluate unit costs, project growth, and assess variance from plan; builds in checks, has easily followed and audited logic and cellular sequencing
Exposure to financial systems (Adaptive) / workflows; an exhibited comfort with analyzing data/trends and financial forecasting
Strong financial modelling skills (build models from scratch, improve existing models)
Not intimidated by complexity or ambiguity
Exposure to equity administration process/systems (Shareworks)

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
$94,518 - $105,020 - $115,522 (National)
$106,200 - $118,000 - $129,800 (New York)
