The Analyst, Strategy & Partnerships will play a key role in shaping our client's future by leveraging market insights, data analysis, and strategic frameworks to identify growth opportunities and inform key business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, early-career professional who is eager to take on complex challenges, build influential networks, and drive meaningful change within a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strong critical thinker, skilled at combining data-driven insights with business strategy. This individual will have experience evaluating and executing business strategies and new opportunities, collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive results. A background in corporate strategy, innovation, corporate development, or consulting is highly desirable.

This is a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy and Partnerships.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 annually.

Specific Responsibilities:

Manages qualitative and quantitative research, using best-in-class frameworks for primary and secondary studies. Monitors market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive forces. Synthesizes research, performance, and market data to develop actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Vendor Management: Builds and maintains a portfolio of vendors to support strategic research needs.
  • Partner Evaluation: Identifies, evaluates, and builds relationships with potential strategic partners, conducting thorough due diligence to assess partner fit.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Navigates uncertain or shifting environments with confidence. Thrives where others may feel uncertain and views challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. Proactively advances initiatives despite incomplete information.
