THE ROLE

Here at Career.IO, we are looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing, dynamic team. This role is part of the Business & Sales Operations (BSO) group, which manages sales and order processing for our APAC business unit. Key skills required include experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and forecasting. Due to the huge number of emails you’ll be handling, the job strongly favors candidates with excellent writing and communication skills. It also involves occasional client sales phone calls and coordination between internal service delivery teams.

This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide feedback to clients on their CVs and careers via email (we’ll provide training).
Answer client queries on our paid packages and processes via calls and email.
Assign CV writing cases to suitable writers based on specialization.
Monitor client-writer interaction to ensure the case proceeds successfully.

THE MUST-HAVES

A people person. You love hearing people’s stories, making that personal connection, and helping others move forward – and it shows in your great emails and occasional phone calls.
HR industry knowledge – maybe you were a HR professional? A headhunter? Part of a talent acquisition team?
Mature and feel comfortable speaking with prospective senior clients who are at the top of their industry
You know your way around a verb, and you get grammar jokes – There’s no way you’d send out a mail that says you’re when you mean your (we’re a writing services company after all).
Fanatic about solving customer’s problems and seeing them walk away delighted.
