As we scale, we’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales efficiency, drive performance improvements, and equip our sales team with the right data, training, and tools.

About the Role:
As the Sales Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in both the tactical execution and strategic growth of our sales organization. This position requires a hands-on approach to sales support, including sales lead list creation, email sequencing, and CRM optimization, as well as a data-driven mindset to analyze sales trends and implement training initiatives to drive sales quota attainment.

You will be accountable for sales team goals, responsible for tracking sales progress, identifying behavioral improvements, and ensuring all sales reps are equipped to succeed. Additionally, you’ll lead new hire onboarding to accelerate ramp time and drive early success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Enablement & Execution
  • Own and optimize sales funnel processes, including hands-on prospect list creation, email sequencing, and CRM data reporting.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Training teams to ensure sales reps have the right tools, resources, and collateral to engage prospects effectively.
  • Track and analyze daily sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and summarizing findings for senior sales leadership.
  • Data Analytics & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and report on weekly quota attainment and daily progress metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training/coaching programs and unit training to enhance sales rep performance.
  • New Hire Onboarding & Continuous Improvement
  • Create and manage a structured onboarding program to ensure new hires ramp up successfully.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine onboarding materials and training methodologies.
  • Develop and implement ongoing coaching initiatives to drive sustained improvement across the team.


Requirements
Who You Are:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using sales data to drive decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for coaching and enabling sales teams.
