Role Description

We’re looking for a creative and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to increase our HR Team.

As a Recruitment Specialist at CapsLock, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talents to our company. Also, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process: from a partnership with hiring managers and understanding their needs to developing a recruitment strategy and its implementation. 

We are expecting many challenging tasks and having a lot of fun working together!


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team in spreading sourcing channels’ options.
  • Conducting interviews with qualitative assessment of skills.
  • Cooperate with hiring managers on interviewing the best fit for each role.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities.
  • Interplay with other team members and departments on new ideas and process improvements.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including working on IT and marketing/sales openings.
  • Global recruitment experience, with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is a big plus.
  • Proven experience in closing C-level roles for the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing, including various techniques, tools, and channels.
  • Data-driven approach, with experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Skills:

  • Enjoys challenges and isn't afraid to dive into the details of each role, including expectations, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Skilled at identifying cultural markers in candidates and matching them with suitable roles.
  • Possesses strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a geographically distributed team.
  • Result-oriented, with an understanding that recruitment is not just about communicating with people.
