THE POSITION  

As a Quality Assurance Coach, you will ensure every team member delivers an exceptional and consistent homeowner experienceAt  Porch,  we are obsessed with learning,  iterating,  and delivering the best customer experience in the home services space and retaining our customers for the life of their homeownership. Quality Assurance is a key function in driving this obsession forward  

WHAT YOU DO  

As a Quality Assurance Coach, your core responsibility will be to audit and provide feedback on our team’s execution of its key functions. You will provide ongoing and regular feedback on the performance of all team members, work with Managers to provide coaching opportunities, and identify areas of opportunityIn  addition,  you  may  assist  Managers  with  determining  a  team  
member’s ability to be successful in their function  when  performance  issues arise. 

 

In addition, you will participate in monthly team meetings with Managers and Training and Development Specialists to review team performance against goals and set commitments for improvements. You will support internal communication and tools updates and releases by auditing for proper understanding and usage of new tools. Your success as a Quality Assurance Coach will be tied to customer satisfaction, core company metrics, team member sales, and team member retention

WHAT YOU BRING: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  

  • Ability to adhere to and provide recommendations to improve guidelines and policies  

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences  

  • A passion for developing people to be excellent individual contributors and team members  

  • Experience leading teams, including coaching to performance improvement and company goals  

  • Proven track record of success in developing a sales or customer service teams  

  • A desire to work in a fast-moving environment and be flexible to change  

  • A positive attitude and pride that stems from doing great work and seeing your team be successful Insurance experience knowledge a plus  

  • Must have experience with excel, and the like, as well as reporting measures to amplify metrics  

  • Willingness to learn the internal QA process and help maintain data  

  • Experience with coaching and providing feedback on areas of opportunity 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload. 

  • Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
