POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for a Remote position in the USA.

 

Team is looking for a candidate that can assist with process improvements with expertise in Lean Six Sigma and real-life application experience. This role will focus on optimizing customer support delivery operations by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • The role will consist of 30% meetings & 70% heads down.
  • Drive measurable improvements.
  • Data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency projects, and change management.
  • Root cause analysis (RCA), value stream mapping (VSM), and other process optimization tools.
  • Proficiency in process documentation, SOP development, and standardization efforts.
  • Assist with process improvements with expertise in Lean Six Sigma and real-life application experience.
  • Focus on optimizing customer support delivery operations by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance operational performance.

 

Qualifications:
  • Must have 10+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma Power BI dashboard.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience with Support delivery/ process improvement.
  • Must have 10+ years experience with Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Should have understanding of customer support delivery operations and key metrics that impact customers.
  • Should have familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs), workforce management, and support team structures.
  • Should have experience implementing best practices in operational efficiency within customer support or service-oriented teams.
  • Should have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Should have experience in training and mentoring teams on process improvement methodologies.

  • A competitive pay range of $88/hr - $90/hr (depending on experience).
  • Position Location: Remote (USA)
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 8 paid holidays per year + 1 floating holiday.
