In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex consulting projects for a multinational clientele. You will work collaboratively with a team of consultants from diverse backgrounds and time zones to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
Manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams located around the world
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan
Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports to clients
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex projects
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
Proven experience working in a global consulting environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
