About the Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling solar customers’ aerial inspections. You will be responsible for daily site preparation and inspection coordination. Where applicable, you'll also manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in sales operations processes. This position will exist within the operations department and report to the Flight Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Onboard client information and be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections
Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints in order to support safe and efficient project execution
Develop and lead initiatives centered around improving our scheduling process and streamlining internal-external communications
Maintain awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned verticals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses and execute all statuses accordingly
Provide ad hoc support for sales operations related activities as they come up, including but not limited to reporting, product launches, and sales process improvements
Provide ad-hoc support to pilots and customers for general inquiries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 year of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Able to problem-solve with support.
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support.
Organized and detail oriented.
Works well in cross functional teams.
Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as good data management practices.
