Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve performance. Track key metrics, report on results, and address challenges proactively. Create detailed reports and collaborate on new ad content and channels with cross-functional teams.

The Role

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and others.
  • Create, manage, and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI ($7-10K daily, max is $35K/daily).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media.
  • Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate and present reports on key performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align paid social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with advertising platform representatives and external vendors.

Must Have:
  • 2+ years of Facebook, TikTok are prio ( nice to have Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat paid social ) media management experience
  • 1+ years experience with organic social management
  • Working / navigational knowledge of Looker Studio (basic knowledge or any analytics background)
  • Intermediate Excel / Sheets capabilities
  • Great verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with Twitter, FB, and Linkedin preferred
  • Ability to work EST​​​​​​​

Nice to Have:
  • Experience using Canva (or similar tool) for quick designs to support social activities
  • Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms​​​​​​​
