Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm with 1 hour unpaid break (7 hours per day, 35 hours)
  • Saturday 10am to 3pm (5 hours)
  • All in AEST timezone

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100++ outbound calls daily using an advanced auto-dialer system
  • Engage potential clients with compelling pitches about cutting-edge fintech solutions
  • Set and schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain meticulous records in real-time via Google Sheets
  • Verify and update crucial contact information during calls
  • Navigate objections with professionalism and creative problem-solving
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Provide concise, informative summaries for each prospect interaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead quality and boost conversion rates


Requirements
  • 3+ years of appointment setting experience involving high call volumes in a B2B setting
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional phone manner
  • Proficiency with auto-dialer systems and Google Sheets
  • Sharp attention to detail for accurate data management
  • Resilience and positivity in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of fintech industry trends (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to script changes and new product information
  • Strong time management skills to handle full-time, 8-hour shifts effectively
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed performance metrics
  • MUST be available to work 5 hours every Saturday
