Your Role at SafelyYou

SafelyYou is looking for a Director of Supply Chain to drive the efficiency and growth of our global operations. You’ll be at the forefront of supply chain management, procurement, logistics, vendor relationships, and inventory management. This role is responsible for ensuring a streamlined, cost-effective supply chain that supports our rapid expansion while maintaining exceptional quality and reliability.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, domestic and international manufacturing partners, and service teams to optimize the entire supply chain process. Your ability to scale operations, enhance supplier performance, and drive continuous improvements will be instrumental in ensuring we meet business objectives and deliver high-quality products to our customers.

• Oversee procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, domestic and international vendor relationships, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic suppliers, negotiating contracts that improve cost-efficiency and ensure on shelf inventory and timely deliveries.
• Implement robust forecasting models to align inventory levels with demand fluctuations while minimizing excess stock and shortages.
• Ensure an optimized, cost-effective logistics network that supports domestic and international shipments while meeting service-level agreements.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in sourcing, warehousing, and transportation.
• Ensure supply chain activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, proactively mitigating risks related to compliance, security, and supplier performance.
• Partner with internal teams (Product, Finance, Customer Success) to align supply chain operations with overall business goals.
• Implement technology-driven solutions to improve supply chain visibility, tracking, and overall efficiency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, logistics, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Support SafelyYou’s rapid expansion by developing scalable supply chain strategies that align with business growth.
• Deeply passionate about SafelyYou’s mission and committed to delivering outstanding service that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or operations, preferably in a fast-scaling company focused on hardware deployments.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships across global markets.
• Strong logistics and distribution experience, including managing third-party logistics providers.
• Expertise in deploying inventory management systems and demand planning, with a data-driven approach to forecasting.
• Expertise with cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Experience with camera or sensor based hardware  manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in ERP, supply chain management software, and data analytics tools.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or AI-driven technology industries is a plus.
