About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure our customers maximize value from our platform, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. Your responsibilities include:
â Own customer relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding & adoption.
â Conduct training sessions & workshops to boost engagement.
â Monitor customer usage & identify expansion opportunities.
â Collaborate with product teams to improve the platform.
â Manage renewals, upsells & customer health metrics.
â Maintain accurate CRM records (Pipedrive).
What Weâre Looking For
â 2-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS-related roles.
â Strong relationship-building & problem-solving skills.
â Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
â Familiarity with innovation intelligence, tech scouting, or market research (a plus).
â Enterprise customer experience & AI interest are advantages.
â Fluent in English (German is a plus).
