RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Expectations for Your Role
In this position, you will:

  • Manage frequent communication with candidates via various channels (text, calls, email), ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.

  • Monitor applications closely, ensuring all submissions are reviewed in a timely manner and that priority applicants are addressed swiftly.

  • Proactively follow up with candidates to keep them informed of their progress and next steps in the recruitment process.

  • Adapt to changing priorities and processes, maintaining efficiency and focus in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and applicant status.

  • Use tools such as ATS systems, Notion, GSuite, and OpenPhone to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting operations or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume communication across multiple channels (text, calls, email) while maintaining polite, professional, and empathetic communication

  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Proficiency with tools such as ATS systems, Google Suite (GSuite), Notion, and OpenPhone.

  • A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities, while thriving in a fast-paced environment by maintaining accuracy, focus, and composure under pressure.

Preferred:

The ideal candidate would also bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting operations or a related field.

  • Familiarity with recruitment workflows, systems, and processes to ensure smooth candidate management.

  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.

  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in candidate management.
