The Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager / Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our TA function to the next level. 

You will oversee the entire candidate journey, from initial recruitment through training and final placement with our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Atlas Assistants continues to scale while maintaining our high standards for culture, talent, and operational excellence. 

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can build and refine recruitment systems, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who align with our values and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Build and implement a scalable, efficient, and high-performing talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top-tier executive assistants.

  • Candidate Journey Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of a candidate’s journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from application through training and final placement.

  • Process Improvement & Efficiency: Analyze and enhance our current hiring, training, and onboarding processes to improve candidate success rates and client satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment and hiring teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to measure hiring effectiveness, track key metrics, and implement improvements to optimize the selection and retention process.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with operations, training, and client success teams to ensure alignment in hiring and placement strategies.

  • Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance Atlas Assistants' reputation as a top-tier employer for executive assistants worldwide.

  • Scalability & Growth: Implement scalable recruitment practices to support Atlas' rapid growth trajectory, aiming to recruit and retain 200-1,000 EAs as the company expands.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Proven track record of excellence in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR leadership roles in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Process Development: Proven ability to design and implement efficient hiring processes and systems.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze hiring metrics, assess process bottlenecks, and make data-driven improvements.

  • Leadership & Coaching: Experience leading and developing recruitment teams with a focus on performance and engagement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable leveraging recruitment technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
