About The Team

The Information Technology department is responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining information systems, security and services, including artificial intelligence solutions. Our group works collaboratively with other business units to document business requirements, then solves for those requirements through a variety of aligned platforms which make up our enterprise architecture.

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Manage and optimize all endpoints (clients and servers) ensuring security, compliance, and performance efficiency.
  • Administer Customer Zero instances of Ivanti Neurons, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Neurons for MDM, and Neurons for ITAM.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Support Teams to implement new features and resolve issues in Customer Zero products.
  • Oversee processes related to Endpoint Management including OS provisioning, software distribution, patch deployment, and antivirus solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to Endpoint Management for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Utilize Ivanti products to automate internal processes and enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Lead daily operations, maintenance, and proactive cleanup of the endpoint environment.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team.

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management and enterprise-level support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Proficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, with a preference for experience in Ivanti products.
  • Strong understanding of Windows client/server operating systems and macOS, with demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Azure, and O365 is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of DNS, IP networking, firewalls, HTTPS, and Active Directory.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

 

Roadmap for Success

 

  • First 90 Days:
    • Complete onboarding and company orientation.
    • Familiarize yourself with Ivanti products, particularly Neurons and Endpoint Manager.
    • Meet with team members and cross-functional partners to understand ongoing projects and team dynamics.
    • Assess current endpoint management processes and document existing configurations.
    • Begin troubleshooting and resolving tier 1 and tier 2 endpoint issues escalated by IT colleagues.
    • Implement a monitoring strategy to track endpoint compliance and security standards.
    • Participate in team meetings to share insights and gain feedback on current practices.
  • First 6 Months:
    • Lead small projects for endpoint improvements and integration of new features in Ivanti products.
    • Enhance security practices by developing and implementing patch deployment schedules.
    • Collaborate with the Engineering and Product Support teams to report issues and recommend enhancements based on feedback.
    • Improve process automation using Ivanti tools to streamline operations.
    • Provide training sessions and documentation for internal IT staff regarding endpoint management practices.
    • Establish performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of endpoint management strategies.
  • First 12 Months:
    • Review and refine endpoint management processes based on performance data and user feedback.
    • Develop a strategic plan for future endpoint technology implementations and upgrades.
    • Establish relationships within the wider organization to advocate for and implement best practices.
    • Implement a comprehensive evaluation process for endpoint security measures and compliance.
    • Document and share a roadmap for ongoing improvements in endpoint management.
    • Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on industry trends.
    • Prepare a year-end report summarizing achievements, challenges, and proposed next steps for the Endpoint Management team.
