  • Design Systems: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Usability Testing: Lead usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate and present design concepts, progress, and research findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and apply best practices to continuously improve the product’s user experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX and demonstrable experience of your work on complex, user-centered design projects.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figjam, Miro, Sketch or Adobe XD.
  • UX Expertise: Strong understanding of UX methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design. You have a user-first mindset and are skilled at creating seamless, intuitive experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to tackle complex design challenges and simplify them into elegant solutions that meet both user and business needs.
