This is a remote position.

Contract: Independent Contractor

Client Timezone: Brisbane / Global Team (Flexible Schedule)
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We’re now searching for a Quality Assurance Head who would be managing a team of 20 to 30 people who monitor model and influencer activities to ensure that strategic content is created. Candidates with actual first hand experience living in Australia, North America, or other Western countries are encouraged to apply. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of implementing all digital and traditional marketing initiatives directed by the Marketing team
  • Direct and motivate models and influencers to produce high quality recorded content 
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20 to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and professional development within the QA department.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Work with the Finance Manager to manage incoming and outgoing payments from the platform + structure staff payments.

Requirements
  • A background in performance arts with the ability to pay attention to minute details, like a stage manager
  • Ability to direct, coach, inspire models to draw out story lines for their own content
  • Training and mentoring experience is a plus
  • Experience in strategic optimization and pairing of team members
  • Tech Savvy: Notion, Zoom, Google Suite are some platforms extensively used
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Digital nomads are a plus
