Head of Growth

As our Head of Growth, you’ll lead Go Vocal’s international growth, shape go-to-market strategies, and build a strong global brand to bring Go Vocal to 1,000+ cities within 3 years. Key responsibilities include:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Growth in the US:

    • Develop and implement GTM playbooks for the US.

    • Scale lead generation through digital campaigns, partnerships, and content marketing.

    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with municipal associations and stakeholders to unlock new distribution channels.

  • Build an Impactful Global Brand:

    • Position Go Vocal as a thought leader in participatory democracy through storytelling, events, and media.

    • Refine brand messaging and visual identity to ensure consistency across markets.

    • Highlight Go Vocal’s impact with creative campaigns and success stories from government partners.

  • Inspire and Lead the Marketing Team:

    • Empower a five-person marketing team, fostering creativity, growth, and purpose.

    • Collaborate across teams, including Country Managers, Sales, Product, and GovSuccess, to align strategies.

    • Define and track key performance metrics, using data insights to optimize strategies with the CEO.
