National Strategic Channel Director

Overview:
Vonage, a leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), is looking for a proactive and strategic National Strategic Channel Director to spearhead and grow our channel partnerships. This position is instrumental in cultivating alliances, boosting revenue, and expanding market reach through innovative collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Identify, establish, and strengthen high-value channel partnerships that support Vonage’s long-term growth plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive successful business collaborations.
  • GTM Strategy: Partner with channel stakeholders to create and implement joint GTM strategies that align with industry needs and channel objectives.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track, assess, and enhance channel performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Market Growth: Leverage partnerships to increase Vonage’s presence in new and existing market segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships within the cloud communications, UCaaS, or CCaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and expanding channel partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud communications technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and international teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with technology distributors, global systems integrators, or technology consulting firms.
  • Adept at navigating complex corporate structures and influencing key business decisions.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a strong commitment to driving partner success.
