RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Essential Functions:

Facilitate seamless delivery and drive collaboration across cross-functional global project team;
Proactive leadership and monitoring to identify and mitigate critical path or resource issues;
Manage project SDLC documentation following company standards (i.e. Team Working Agreement, Agile Release Report, Status Reports, meeting minutes, risks, issues, decisions);
Monitor progress of deliverables, quality, proactively identifying risks, issues and escalation as needed with appropriate leadership;
Create and maintain plan in MS Project Server;
Includes budget & forecasting, accruals, invoice mapping, and ensuring resources have appropriate time tracking buckets setup to bill time. Project Server is our core resource planning and financial management;
Partner with the team in creating a communication plan that includes stakeholder communication, change management for rollouts, and internal team meeting interfaces;
Partner with functional resource managers to ensure work efforts are effectively resourced;
Follow Allianz release management process to schedule and manage delivery releases;
Interface with stakeholders to manage expectations & escalations;
Guarantee compliance with business delivery processes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skill & Competency Requirements:

5+ years of IT delivery management experience;
Strong understanding of citrix virtual apps and desktops, citrix gateway, and virtualization technologies, with hands-on experience in citrix migrations being a plus;
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, etc) and the integration with Citrix solutions, including knowledge of IAAS and cloud security best practices;
Basic understanding of networking (VPN, firewalls, load balancers), server infra, and enpoint management to effectively oversee the migration process and coordinate with technical teams;
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project;
Experience in formal techniques of risk management;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Experience collaborating and providing project leadership in cross-functional teams;
Excellent relationship management skills.
