OnTrac is hiring a Contract Negotiations & Recruiting Manager!
Summary:
OnTrac is looking for a Negotiations and Recruiting Manager to source new RSP leads and negotiate contracts to ensure services provided meet quality and financial targets along with aligning to the company values.
Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to meet OnTrac’s standards, ensuring provider services meet quality benchmarks, exceed financial targets, and align with company values.
Best Practices: Apply consistent, ethical, and effective negotiation strategies with RSPs, aiming for mutual value and long-term partnership.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytical tools and data reports to enhance the impact and efficiency of contract negotiations, driving sound financial decisions.
Process Management: Oversee the RSP Fee Agreement process, ensuring timely and compliant fee arrangements.
Branch Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on costs, capacity, quality, and compliance for assigned branches, assisting teams in these areas.
Contract Monitoring: Track contract expiration dates, provide timely reporting to management, and prepare for renewals as needed.
Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison to internal teams for bid postings and tracking.
RSP Sourcing and Management: Actively source new RSP leads, utilizing outbound/inbound calls, email, social media, and referrals; engage with potential providers for future qualification.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve challenges related to the driver qualification and compliance processes.
Qualification Process: Support and expedite the qualification process for RSP candidates through proactive communication and follow-up.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate between Operations, Vendor Relations, and new RSP candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and partnership.
Training and Orientation: Assist the Recruiting Manager with training programs for new Administrators and Regional Recruiters, maintaining standards across the team.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily reports and analyze data to provide actionable insights to the Vendor Relations team and management.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate RSP recruitment events and travel itineraries as necessary.
Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain RSP data within company systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to OnTrac’s Safety Program policies.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4-8 years experience in related field
Occasional Travel as needed
