Your Role: As the Recruitment Team Lead / Head of Recruiting, you will lead a team of 10-15 recruiters, ensuring their success and efficiency. You will also be a strategic partner for business leaders, taking full ownership of the recruitment process, driving talent acquisition, and exploring new, lesser-known markets.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage a recruitment team of 10-15 professionals;
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including international hiring and expanding into new markets;
  • Design and implement recruitment business processes to ensure smooth operations and effectiveness;
  • Act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers, providing insight and strategy to meet business needs;
  • Utilize advanced recruiting tools (Google X-Ray, LinkedIn, etc.) to source top talent;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by deploying innovative assessment methodologies;
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in your team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle international recruitment, especially in new markets;
  • Leadership experience managing recruitment teams of 10+ people;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and techniques;
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to set up effective recruitment business processes;
  • Fluent English (B2 level and above) and Russian (B2 level and above);
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Experience with various candidate evaluation methodologies.
