The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between complex technical information and clear, user-friendly documentation for a variety of stakeholders, including consumers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. If you have a strong background in electronics, technical communication, and a passion for creating engaging, accurate, and accessible documentation.

Job Overview

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and standardized documentation that enhances user understanding and ensures compliance with industry regulations. Your contributions will play a key role in improving technical clarity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality product manuals, user guides, and technical documentation

• Edit and refine existing content for both internal and external stakeholders

• Create safety guidelines for electronic products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and child safety warnings

• Standardize documentation across various platforms and media, ensuring clarity and consistency

• Incorporate visuals (illustrations, animations, and photographs) to enhance user comprehension

• Gather usability feedback and continuously improve documentation for better accessibility

• Write assembly manuals for toys, furniture, and other consumer products

Required Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field

• 6+ years of experience in technical writing, particularly within electronics or energy-related industries

• Proven ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner

• Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

• Experience with technical specifications and translating them into user-friendly content
