About the Role:

First-line CAR Manager based in Barcelona, covering the Enterprise and Commercial (DN&EM) in the DACH region

What You Will Do:

• Hiring brilliant, driven individuals at the start of their sales careers
• Coaching and improving your team's skill sets to create future A-Player sales staff
• Collaborate with other departments to develop a sales strategy for enhancing the company’s growth
• Effectively create and articulate value selling in various negotiations
• Lead a variety of training sessions every month; this could range from a small group to large group presentations and development sessions
• Ensure that the company meets its stipulated growth goals
• Assist with the pitch development process
• Assist in building a high-performing sales process
• Develop well-targeted strategies and sales plans
• Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross-selling, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing
• Develop strategies for the allocation of resources for the achievement of the given quota
• Facilitate and direct the use of resources
• Assist the marketing personnel in creating programs and campaigns
• Keep track, monitor, and respond to all company performances related to sales
• Develop effective benchmarks for optimum team performance

What You Will Bring:

• 1st line manager experience for SDRs (ISR+SDR collaboration is required) or ISR leadership
• A metrics-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach
• AE/Sales experience
• Previous Sales Methodology training
• Proficient in forecasting
• Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proven Track Record in over-achievement and a metrics-driven mindset
• Experience discovering individuals with exceptional skills (hiring),
• Empowering and motivating, communication training, consistency and reliability, change management, coaching, and developing and leading the team to success
• Be inspired and foster a high-performing sales culture
• Proficiency in working with data, analytics, and sales. SFDC, Outreach, 6Sense, LeadIQ knowledge represents a plus
