  • Coordinate internal team meetings and maintain up-to-date schedules for smooth operations
  • Handle administrative paperwork and document management with meticulous attention to detail
  • Assist in generating financial reports and analyzing basic financial data to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial and administrative processes
  • Provide support in budget preparation and financial planning activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and customer information
Requirements
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge, with the ability to understand and manage financial transactions
  • Proficiency in email management tools, office software, and basic accounting software
  • Strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail, crucial for maintaining accurate financial records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of crafting clear and professional messages
