About the role:
The FP&A Analyst will have a unique opportunity to join a high performing FP&A team and contribute to the growth of Dragos by providing analytical insights, analysis, and financial reporting, as well as acting as a business partner to operational groups.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will work closely with Accounting, Sales Operations, as well as with business partners across the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company.
  • Drive automation of financial reporting through greater usage of existing tools (vena, tableau) as well as adding new tools and capabilities in order to enhance insights on key KPIs
  • Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts; and prepare variance analytics against forecasts
  • Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to provide decision support, budget-to-actual feedback, ensure effective cost management and maintain financial discipline
  • Actively work with accounting to support month-end close/reporting, ensuring expenses are coded to the correct GL accounts, and other related activities
  • Support sales/revenue forecasting, metrics, reporting and analysis
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support initiatives such pricing, margins, cost-benefit analyses, new business lines or other business modeling
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers (KPIs) to incorporate into monthly commentaries
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical/reporting role
  • Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data/financial operations.
  • Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive
  • Experience with CRM & analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other cloud-based platforms
  • Financial and business acumen to see and communicate the “what” and “why” behind the numbers, and ability to connect the dots between operational metrics and financial results
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $105,000
