Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Agent, you will be the primary contact for prospective clients via inbound Zoom calls, guiding them through the sales process to closure. You will leverage your expertise to uncover clients’ needs, present tailored solutions, and ultimately drive revenue. The ideal candidate is an experienced, results-driven sales professional who excels at active listening, consultative selling, and confidently closing deals.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Inbound Lead Management
    • Handle inbound Zoom calls, ensuring each prospect is heard, understood, and promptly guided through the sales process.
  2. Solution Selling
    • Ask probing questions to identify pain points and provide tailored recommendations that align with client needs.
  3. Closing Deals
    • Confidently present solutions, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Relationship Building
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for long-term success and referrals.
  5. Sales Reporting & Follow-Up
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow up with leads consistently, and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
  6. Collaboration & Feedback
    • Work closely with internal teams to relay client feedback and ensure service offerings align with market demands.

Requirements
  • Must be an Expat with ideally with a grasp of the Australian business environment and culture (but can be taught)
  • Proven track record in a B2B sales role, ideally within professional services or the trades/industrial sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in video conferencing settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to ask discovery questions, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Comfortable working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST with some flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
  • Experience using CRM software and video conferencing tools is preferred.
