Position Title: Recruitment Consultant Work Set-up: Work From Home Salary: Php 45,000.00 – Php 50,000.00 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
∙ Recruitment and onboarding of candidates ∙ Utilize various platforms to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates. ∙ Conduct initial screenings of candidates via telephone, utilizing predefined questions to assess qualifications and fit for the position. ∙ Coordinate and conduct team interviews, facilitating discussions based on a set of predetermined questions to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the role. ∙ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies by accurately documenting and maintaining candidate documentation. Monitor candidate files and maintain records in a spreadsheet to track compliance status. ∙ Proactively follow up with candidates to collect outstanding documentation necessary for onboarding. Maintain organized records of all candidate communications and documentation. ∙ Work closely with account managers to understand staffing needs and target recruitment efforts in specific areas and for particular role types. -Assist Account Managers in filling client shift requirements efficiently to ensure high placement success rates and team target achievement ∙ Record all candidate interactions, interview notes, and updates in the CRM system (Job Adder) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications as a Recruitment Consultant:
∙ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. ∙ Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related HR functions. ∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ∙ Strong organizational and time management abilities. ∙ Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. ∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ∙ Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
