Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Planning and Acquisition, your role will be to empower the organization with innovative workforce planning and capability-building strategies that drive agility, optimize resource allocation, and future-proof talent pipeline. You will strive to create data-driven processes and scalable systems that align people capabilities with business goals, enabling sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous learning and development.
How you'll make an impact
Develop advanced workforce planning processes for optimal resource allocation.
Lead forecasting using analytics, historical data, and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce trends and skill gaps.
Design frameworks to assess and align workforce capabilities with business needs.
Partner with Learning & Development to create upskilling and reskilling programs.
Serve as the subject matter expert for workforce planning tools and systems.
Establish global standards and facilitate training on best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce plans with business objectives.
Your background
Strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies for large organizations.
Deep knowledge of talent capability frameworks and alignment with business goals.
Ability to drive change and lead process improvements in complex environments.
Solid understanding of HR functions, technologies, and including systems like Workday Adaptive Planning.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
