AmeriHealth Caritas is seeking a dynamic
Senior Applications Developer to join our fast-growing Member Services Team. ;In this role, you will use your ‘can do attitude’ and strong hands-on technical knowledge to build and deliver solutions on AmeriHealth’s Member CRM platform using Azure Cloud and Salesforce. As a team member of Member CRM Team, you will analyze, develop, deliver and triage in the highly challenging and rewarding Healthcare domain and be a critical part of the future of Healthcare IT at AmeriHealth Caritas.
Responsibilities:

The Senior Applications Developer will work in Member CRM Development and Delivery team which supports complex development effort and implementations related to Member CRM, integrations, and internally developed applications.; ;The Senior Applications Developer is responsible for constructing best solutions to meet business needs and involving in complex implementations. ;A successful candidate demonstrates collaborative, effective communication, in depth technical knowledge and dynamic nature to developing solutions.
- Understanding user requirements, user stories effectively and seeking clarifications proactively.
- The design and implementation of multiple complex system integrations and features.
- Working collaboratively with architecture team to ensure that the proposed solution is aligned with enterprise architecture direction. Ensure team and solutions follow AmeriHealth SDLC practices, Standards and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
- Analyzes and reduces complex problems into simple, manageable components.
- Carries out systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
- Performing hands on solution development on Azure Cloud, .Net and Salesforce Platform.
- Design, develop, code and test programs from specifications.
- Effectively composes technical and non-technical documents such as design specifications, operation guides, process flows, and other technical schematics.
- Participate in agile development methodology to drive the outcomes.
- Reviewing other developers and contractor’s work.
Qualifications / Education:
;
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field.
- At least six (6)+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in .Net Development on Azure Cloud.
- Expertise in MS SQL and/or other RDBMS Development.
- Experience in Salesforce LWC and Apex development.
- Experience in Salesforce Flows, Visual Flows, Flow Triggers, Validations Rules.
- Strong experience with DevOps Tools:; Git/Bitbucket, VS Code, Jenkins.
- Strong experience in Agile development methodology.
- Excellent collaborative mentality, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with Salesforce IS partners, offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Azure and Salesforce.
- Experience in Healthcare Payer industry.
