Senior Bookkeeper - QuickBooks & Sage (ZR_20236_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Role: Senior Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for both the mobile detailing supplies business and e-commerce company.
  

• Implement and maintain efficient expense tracking systems for the mobile business.
  

• Streamline invoice processing and management for both business entities.
  

• Catch up on backlogged financials for the e-commerce company, focusing on 2024 records.
  

• Perform regular account reconciliations in both QuickBooks Online and Sage Accounting systems.
  

• Generate timely and accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.
  

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, and tax regulations, including US sales tax.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  

• Expertise in both QuickBooks Online and Sage Accounting systems.
  

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  

• Familiarity with e-commerce accounting practices is a plus. Experience with US sales tax is required.
