Fully remote within Lithuania

What You'll Do

Ensuring the company complies with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, AML, financial regulations)
Developing and implementing company-wide policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks
Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Preparing and submitting compliance-related reports to regulatory bodies, senior management, and other stakeholders
Providing compliance training for employees and ensuring ongoing compliance awareness across the organization
Investigating compliance violations, handling risk assessments, and proposing corrective actions when necessary
Assessing risks related to non-compliance and managing risk mitigation strategies

What You Bring to the Table

Knowledge of Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA, GDPR, MiFID II, etc.)
Degree in Law
Experience in a compliance, risk management, or legal role, preferably in crypto, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus)
Professional certifications such as CAMS, ACAMS, or similar are an advantage
Based in Lithuania - MUST

What You'll Get

A salary of 2500 - 5500 EUR Gross / month depending on your experience
