WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role is integral to supporting and maintaining the MFP and demand planning solutions on the o9 platform, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and user satisfaction. As such, it will be part of the EMEA demand planning technology team and will work very closely with the EMEA demand planning business team, the global demand planning technology teams, the Nike technology teams and also with different external technology partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Business System Aanalyst (BSA) to support Merchendise Financial Planning (MFP) and other demand planning capabilities on the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will thirve in a fast-pased environment with evolving priorities. They should have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and explain technical concepts clearly. The person must collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, demonstrate expertise in data analysis, and posseses excellent problem-solving skills for incident management and user enablement. Desired Experience and Technologies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in supply chain or planning functions.
Experience analyzing and validating complex data sets, with proficiency in SQL.
Familiarity with testing processes, IT service management, SDLC methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including MFP, Assortment Planning, and demand planning is a bonus.
Experience with o9 or other enterprise advanced planning systems is a bonus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive data analysis, collaborate with data engineers to maintain data integrity within the o9 platform, generate actionable reports to optimize planning processes and decision making.
Triage and troubleshoot MFP and demand planning incidents throughcoordination with various stakeholders across engineering, business users, product managers and o9 customer service, while ensuring effective communication throughout the resolution process.
Document functional specs, resolution steps, and knowledge articles for cross-functional use.
Provide comprehensive platform support through UAT process assistance, training material development, and subject matter expertise to ensure successful user adoption and optimal utilizationof platform capabilities.
