Job description

Myndlift offers the most personalized mental health program. We use brain-sensing technology to help people achieve better focus and well-being by working with 1000’s of clinics and 10’s of thousands of individuals.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle, from outbound outreach to closing and onboarding. This role involves prospecting new leads, building strong relationships, and representing Myndlift at international conferences and events. Responsibilities: 

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.

  • Focus on the US and the European markets.

  • Own the sales life cycle; from outreach to closing.

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

  • Represent Myndlift at international conferences and events.

  • Network with industry professionals to create strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in a sales or business development role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to connect with leads and build trust.

  • Native or near-native English proficiency.

  • Experience working with Sales tools (e.g., CRM; email automation, LinkedIn).

  • Background in healthcare, neuroscience, or mental health – an advantage.
