Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will provide data and sales intelligence (tactically and strategically) to help our sales function monitor and optimise all sales activity to deliver sales effectiveness.
Working as part of a small team to support the sales department in creating central visibility of all sales activity. You will help create the central planning, execution and review of each activity level, offering intelligent insight on how the activities can produce the optimum return.
Responsibilities
Help build new and improved, consistent process within the sales team by providing regular information and events that promote consistency, clear reporting and best practice across the sales function
Sales kick-off and any other sales related event planning and execution (quarterly sales event) – plus follow up planned actions
Define and manage sales operating plan
Administer and own the motor sales compensation plans, ensuring a robust and fair approach which is representative of the territory or region. Work with internal teams to ensure the reward structures are effective, fair and support the business objective. Chair motor incentive forum (including creation and collation of all materials to support). Support HO SO by producing collateral and reporting for quarterly group reward steerco.
Coordinate and plan Monthly Managers workshop event – plus follow up planned actions
Support creation, coordination and monitoring of any other sales related reporting of initiatives or focus
Support planning execution of sales Plan on a page
Maintain and coordinate L&D activity for whole sales team
Maintain sales planning calendar to help guide and support future sales activity
Creation and update of relevant sales SOP
Maintenance and regular review of regulatory conduct and behavioural activity , Including RCSA and maintaining the Dealer Conduct Guide
Run regularly sales behavioural review , oversight and reporting through the incentive forum
Work with product team to cascade and implement product introduction and change
Work with insight team to develop and manage meaningful action plans on back of research/feedback
Own internal sales brand and messaging to ensure high quality collateral, content and material are being delivered internally
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
Working knowledge of a sales CRM system
Experience using Microsoft Office tools
Reporting and analytical skills
The ability to interpret and present data
Strong organisational and planning skills
Strong Communication skills across a wide range of internal stakeholders
The ability to work individually as well as part of a team
A flexible approach to work to priorities of business and the speed of their delivery
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of managing marketing activity and campaigns
Knowledge of motor finance industry
Experience of working within a sales operations or sales optimisation environment
Internal working knowledge of CBMF
