Main tasks:

 

  • Preparing and checking ticket sales data for accounting processing
  • Assisting the cash desk
  • Checking supplier invoices, resolving errors and reconciling with partners
  • Managing outgoing and incoming invoices
  • Monitoring of customer contracts and follow-up and possible correction of related outgoing invoicing
  • Contact with external accounting service providers
  • Collecting and uploading audit data (analyses, contracts, supporting documents)
  • Supporting the work of the finance team leader

 

About you:

 

  • Preferably a university degree in finance and accounting 
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English as well
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced use of Excel
  • Ability to work accurately and punctually
  • Agile, empathetic personality
  • Excellent communication skills team player attitude
  • Ability to work with MS Office 365 package at user level
