Intern Program
We match interns with projects based on their interests and educational background. Interns are paired with technical managers at AGCO working all over the world. These project sponsors provide technical training, project support, and deliverables for intern projects. Additionally, our team of full-time employees on site facilitates various workshops, training sessions, tours of nearby AGCO facilities, and professional development opportunities.
Internships are during the summer from May 2025 through August 2025.
AGCO is looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support to support the DET Finance IT Team. As the business analyst intern, you will be responsible for developing, enabling and supporting building the reports to measure the KPI’s within the Finance IT, systems and processes. Students who have experience with data analysis will be helpful.
Your Impact
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create clear and concise process documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainable solutions.
- Identify and document critical interaction points within our IoT core architecture.
- Enable other non-AGCO entities to leverage our modern IoT architecture for cross-domain device management and communication.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Current students enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication abilities and project management skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to present complex information to various stakeholders across the globe
- Solid problem-solving skills, with a passion for utilizing data to derive meaningful insight. As well as strong organizational skills due to varying complexities across dealers in the structure of account setups.
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, Salesforce and MS Excel a plus
- Ability to understand and work with complex datasets and tools like Python and SQL
