We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who can partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and work with our data teams to deliver impactful insights.

What You'll Do

Partner with business leaders to understand their challenges and success metrics
Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making across the organization
Transform business questions into clear, actionable data requirements
Collaborate with data visualization specialists on effective ways to communicate insights
Conduct preliminary analysis to validate business hypotheses
Review and iterate on solutions to ensure maximum business value

Must-Haves

5+ years of experience in business analysis, with focus on data and reporting solutions
Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement across business domains
Strong business acumen and ability to see the bigger picture behind data requests
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data modeling concepts using PowerBI and/or Tableau
Proficiency in either SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and validation?
Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on reporting solutions
Excellent communication skills - can bridge technical and business conversations
